Festa Dough Proof Bin with Lid, 4 Pack

Every serious pizza maker needs a proper proofing setup, and this is it. These bins take the guesswork out of cold proofing, giving your dough the space and shape it needs to rise right, every time.

Each 19.5 x 19.5 x 30cm bin is sized to hold a 20 ounce dough ball with plenty of room left for rising, so your dough proofs evenly without spilling over or fusing to the lid. The round shape keeps dough balls round as they proof, instead of spreading flat the way open trays or square containers allow. Bins stack neatly on top of each other in your refrigerator, so you can cold proof multiple dough balls at once without taking up your whole fridge.

Made from durable polypropylene, these bins are NSF certified and BPA free, dishwasher safe, and freezer safe, so cleanup and storage are never a hassle.
