"The learning experience from Festa is superb. Steps need to happen in the prescribed order: Get the dough ball to room temperature, have oil, sauce, cheese and toppings ready to apply before the dough is stretched ( Disc Jockey, Steering Wheel and Umbrella).Both burners on before stretching. Move the stretched dough onto the screen before oil, sauce, etc. After stone is at 750 F stop rotation and insert pizza on screen. Top burner off after 2 mins.
