    Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Everything about how your Festa order ships, how to send something back, and how refunds and warranty coverage work.

    Shipping

Processing Times. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping Rates. Orders of $300 or more ship free via standard ground delivery within the contiguous United States. Every Festa oven and oven bundle qualifies, so all ovens ship free — on an oven order that's a $54 ground freight value Festa covers. Orders under $300 ship from $4.99, calculated by weight at checkout.

    • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) — FREE on orders $300+, from $4.99 under $300
    • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) — calculated at checkout

Carriers. We ship with UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

Shipping Restrictions. Festa does not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses, and we are not currently shipping internationally.

Lost or Damaged Packages. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days of delivery if an item is lost, defective, damaged, or incorrect. In those cases Festa covers return shipping and no restocking fee applies.

    Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To qualify, items must be in the same condition you received them—unworn or unused, with tags, in the original packaging—and include proof of purchase.

    How to Start a Return

Contact us at support@festapizzaco.com before sending any items back. If approved, we'll provide instructions (and a prepaid label if you choose that option). Return instructions vary by item and shipping method, including freight-shipped ovens, and will be provided to you based on your specific order. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

    Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or was sent in error. You may use your own carrier or request a prepaid label, in which case the label cost will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. A 5% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns, deducted from your refund; this fee does not apply if the item arrived damaged, defective, or was sent in error.

    Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In these cases, we will cover return shipping, and we'll provide return instructions specific to your order when you contact us.

    Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

    • Ovens, pizza stones, or accessories that have been used, fired, seasoned, or assembled
    • Apparel or soft goods (aprons, hats, etc.) that have been worn or washed
    • Custom or personalized items
    • Perishable goods (e.g., dough kits or other food products, if applicable to your order)
    • Sale items, clearance/final sale items, or gift cards
    • Products purchased from unauthorized retailers or third-party sellers not authorized by Festa Pizza Co., including unauthorized marketplace listings and resellers

If unsure about your item, contact us before starting a return.

    Exchanges

The fastest way to get a replacement is to return your item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

    Refunds

We'll notify you once your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank or card issuer. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at support@festapizzaco.com.

    Warranty Information

    Warranty Coverage

The Festa Oven is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for three (3) years from the date of original purchase. During this period, Festa may repair or replace, at its discretion, any defective part or product used under normal residential conditions.

This warranty applies only to ovens purchased and used within regions where Festa Pizza Co. provides authorized service and support. Coverage may vary by country or region based on local laws and service availability.

This Limited Warranty applies only to ovens purchased new from Festa Pizza Co. directly or from an authorized retailer. Products sold or fulfilled by unauthorized retailers or third-party sellers, including unauthorized marketplace listings and resellers, are not eligible for warranty coverage.

    Warranty Registration

If purchased directly from Festa Pizza Co., your oven is automatically registered. If purchased from a retailer, please register your product online with proof of purchase at our support page. An account with Festa Pizza Co. is required to register a product — you'll need to log in to your existing account or create a new one before completing registration.

Please Note: If the oven is purchased from an authorized retailer and is not registered within 60 days of purchase, warranty coverage is limited to one (1) year from the date of purchase instead of the standard three (3) years.

Please Note: Registering a product intended for commercial or non-residential use does not extend or otherwise affect the applicable warranty term. Commercial use remains subject to the limitations described below regardless of registration status.

Please Note: The cordierite pizza stone included with your oven is covered under a separate one (1) year limited warranty, regardless of registration status or the oven's registered coverage term. See Pizza Stone Coverage below for full details.

    What's Covered

This warranty covers defects arising from normal residential use, including:

    • Oven body and housing
    • Burners and burner assembly
    • Rotating motor and drive mechanism (see below for 1-year limitation)
    • Cordierite pizza stone (see separate 1-year coverage below)
    • Temperature gauge
    • Ignition system and gas control valves

Some parts may have different expected lifespans under normal use. Festa may choose to repair, replace, or offer partial credit depending on the specific component and condition at the time the claim is filed.

Certain components carry a shorter coverage term than the rest of the oven, regardless of registration status or the oven's registered coverage term:

    • The cordierite pizza stone is covered under a separate one (1) year limited warranty.
    • The paint and finish are covered for one (1) year from the date of original purchase.
    • The rotating motor and drive mechanism are covered for one (1) year. After one year, Festa will make a replacement motor available for purchase, but full-unit repair or replacement for motor issues is not covered.

    What's Not Covered

    This warranty does not cover:

    • Misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper maintenance
    • Commercial or non-residential use
    • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
    • Improper installation or non-approved gas conversions
    • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic changes (discoloration, minor scratches, etc.)
    • Damage from weather exposure without a protective cover
    • Damage caused by exposure to salt air, sea spray, chlorine, or proximity to swimming pools, hot tubs, or coastal environments
    • Corrosion or rust
    • Motor failure, burnout, or drive mechanism damage resulting from debris, food residue, or obstruction in the drive shaft or rotating mechanism due to normal use or inadequate cleaning; this is treated as a maintenance issue and is excluded regardless of how long the oven has been owned, including within the first year
    • Use of non-approved fuels or accessories
    • Paint chipping, fading, discoloration, or wear from normal use, weather, or handling (see Paint/Finish Coverage below for what is covered)

    Pizza Stone Coverage

Your Festa Oven's cordierite pizza stone is covered for one (1) year from the original date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the terms below. This is shorter than the Festa Oven's standard three (3) year limited warranty, because the stone is a cordierite component that performs differently from the oven's metal housing and mechanical parts, and is subject to wear that the rest of the oven is not.

    What's Covered (Stone)

The stone is covered when a crack, chip, or structural failure results from a defect in materials or workmanship present at the time of manufacture. Common signs of a covered defect include:

    • Cracking that appears during initial seasoning or the first several uses of the oven
    • Fractures that originate from the interior of the stone rather than an edge or corner
    • Visible voids, inconsistent density, or discoloration at the point where a crack began

Festa will review each claim individually and, at its discretion, repair, replace, or issue store credit for a stone determined to have a covered defect.

    What's Not Covered (Stone)

Like all cordierite cooking stones, your stone is subject to thermal shock and can crack from normal use. The following are considered normal wear and are not covered under this warranty:

    • Cracking caused by rapid temperature change—for example, cold dough, cold food, or liquid contacting a hot stone, or a hot stone contacting a cold or wet surface
    • Cracking, staining, or damage from cleaning the stone with water, soap, or other liquids, or from using the stone before it has fully dried
    • Chips or fractures caused by impact, dropping, or improper handling
    • Surface discoloration, staining, or char marks from normal cooking use
    • Cracking that develops after extended use with no signs of an underlying manufacturing defect
    • Use of the stone outside of its intended purpose or with cookware/materials not recommended in the product manual

Care tip: to reduce the risk of thermal shock, always bring food to room temperature before cooking when possible, avoid placing cold or wet items directly on a fully heated stone, and never clean the stone with water or soap. Let the stone cool and dry fully before storing your oven or using a cover.

    Paint/Finish Coverage

The paint and finish on your Festa Oven are covered for one (1) year from the date of original purchase against defects in factory application — such as bubbling, peeling in sheets, uneven coating, or improper adhesion present at the time of manufacture — regardless of registration status or the oven's registered coverage term. Festa will review each claim individually and may offer touch-up, partial repair, panel replacement, or store credit at its discretion.

    The following are not covered:

    • Normal heat cycling and use at operating temperature
    • Sun, rain, snow, or weather exposure, including use without a cover
    • Scraping, impact, or contact with utensils, tools, or objects
    • Abrasive or non-approved cleaning products
    • Salt air, chlorine, or coastal environments

Festa sells touch-up paint at any time, whether or not your oven is within the coverage period.

    Accessories & Hard Goods

Pizza peels, tools, covers, and bakeware (such as the Detroit-style pan) are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of original purchase. Festa will repair, replace, or issue store credit at its discretion. Not covered: normal wear and tear, scratches, discoloration, or damage from impact, dropping, misuse, improper cleaning, or exposure to weather, salt air, or coastal environments. Items purchased from unauthorized retailers or third-party sellers are not eligible.

    Apparel

Apparel and soft goods (aprons, hats, etc.) are not covered by the Limited Warranty. They are covered only by the Return Policy above: 30 days from receipt, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To file a claim for an oven, accessory, or hard good, contact Festa Support at support@festapizzaco.com or visit our support page. Please include:

    • Your contact information
    • Product name
    • Proof of purchase
    • A description of the issue and photos or video, if requested

For pizza stone claims specifically, also include how long you've owned the oven, roughly how many times it's been used, and a brief description of what happened leading up to the damage, if known. Festa reserves the right to request additional information or photos before making a determination.

    Limitations

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Your exclusive remedy for any breach of this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or store credit described above, at Festa Pizza Co.'s discretion. Festa Pizza Co. is not liable for incidental or consequential damages where not prohibited by law. Any implied warranties are limited to the duration of the applicable coverage period, unless otherwise required by local law. Where the coverage period for the pizza stone, the paint/finish, or the rotating motor and drive mechanism differs from the rest of the oven, the Pizza Stone Coverage and Paint/Finish Coverage sections, and the motor and drive mechanism terms under What's Covered, control for those components.

This warranty is a voluntary manufacturer's warranty provided by Festa Pizza Co. It does not affect, and is not intended to limit, any statutory rights or protections you may have under applicable consumer protection law, which vary by state or country and are provided in addition to this warranty.

    Governing Law

This Refund Policy and Limited Warranty, and any dispute arising from or related to them, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal proceedings relating to this policy must be brought in state or federal courts located in Utah.
