Festa Detroit-Style Pizza Pan, 14" x 10"

Crafted from heavy-gauge 304 stainless steel at 1.2mm thickness for even bake distribution and long-term durability, this pan is finished with a ceramic non-stick coating that releases food easily and cleans up fast. The coating is PFAS and PFOA free. Unlike traditional carbon steel or nonstick aluminum pans, this one won't warp under high heat and needs no seasoning. It arrives ready to bake, right out of the box.

Before First Use: Rinse with warm water and dry thoroughly. No seasoning required, your pan is ready to use.

Baking:

• Always use oven mitts; pan becomes extremely hot during use
• A light coating of oil is optional; the ceramic surface needs little to no oil
• Allow pan to cool completely before handling or cleaning
• Do not use if coating is chipped or cracked; discontinue use and replace pan
• Some smoke may occur on first use at high heat; ensure adequate ventilation
• Keep out of reach of children during and after use

Cleaning: Hand wash only, not dishwasher safe. Wash with warm water and mild dish soap. Use a soft sponge, avoid abrasive scrubbers. Dry immediately, do not soak or leave standing in water.

Storage: Store in a dry place.
