This is a standalone, voluntary form. It is separate from any offer letter, employment agreement, handbook, or onboarding packet.

Festa Pizza Co. sends internal text-message alerts to members of its customer support team so that a live website visitor can be answered quickly. This form records a support team member's consent to receive those alerts. It applies to internal staff notifications only. Festa Pizza Co. does not send text messages to customers or consumers on this number.
Opting in is entirely optional. Consent is not a condition of employment, hiring, continued employment, compensation, scheduling, work assignment, or of purchasing any product or service.
Team members who do not opt in receive the identical alerts by email and in the web dashboard, and are not disadvantaged in any way.
What you will receive
- A text alert when a customer opens a live chat on festapizzaco.com, containing the customer's question and a link to the conversation.
- A reminder text if a conversation has gone unanswered for several minutes.
- A short status text when another team member claims a conversation.
You reply to these texts to answer the customer. Your reply is delivered into the customer's chat window on the website. Your personal phone number is never shown to customers.
Terms you are acknowledging
- Message frequency: varies with customer activity and is typically 0 to 15 messages per day.
- Rates: message and data rates may apply, and Festa Pizza Co. does not reimburse carrier charges.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving alerts; you will be removed from the notification roster within one business day.
- Help: reply HELP for assistance, or contact support@festapizzaco.com or (866) 792-7789.
- Voluntary. Opting in is entirely optional and is not a condition of employment, hiring, continued employment, compensation, scheduling, work assignment, or of purchasing any product or service. Team members who decline receive the identical alerts by email and in the web dashboard and are not disadvantaged in any way.
- No marketing: this number is used only for internal operational alerts and is never used to send marketing or promotional messages.
- Privacy: your phone number is stored solely to route these alerts and is not sold, rented, shared, or disclosed to any third party.
- Changing your mind. You may opt in or opt out at any time, in either direction, by submitting or withdrawing this form, by replying STOP or START, or by telling any manager. Opting out carries no employment consequence and does not remove any other alert channel.
